PROCEDURES FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT FOR REPAIR, WARRANTY OR REFUND

All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted. Number must be written on package. All shipping fees for return of products, warranty, repair or refund, are the responsibility of the customer.

To obtain an RMA number, call the Sales Staff at MCM and explain the reason for the return. Information that will be needed is product being returned, serial number (if available), reason for return, purchase date (if known), and address and contact information. An RMA form must accompany the product. To obtain the form, go to www.mcmiller.com and under the POLICIES tab, click on Downloadable Return Form. Complete the form and return with product(s).

The product(s) will need to be returned in original, unused condition with all accessories, in a box suitable for shipping. Please package the item(s) securely and insure for replacement value. MCM will not be responsible for items that arrive at our facility damaged due to improper packaging .

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

All claims for incorrect products, defective products or pricing errors must be reported within fifteen (15) days of receipt and non-defective product(s) may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price of the product. Returned non-defective goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee. An RMA must be obtained prior to return.

  1. MCM does not refund the original shipping costs nor the shipping and handling fees incurred to return the products to us.
  2. Custom ordered products are non-returnable. The return of large quantity orders are at the discretion of MCM.
  3. No refund will be given for products or software that have been opened, used or tampered with in any way, which could jeopardize MCM’s ability to resell the product. MCM maintains full discretion in decisions regarding a products’ eligibility for return.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Follow same procedure for Return of Non-Defective Products above. Be sure to obtain an RMA number from MCM and fill out the Downloadable Return Form. Upon receipt of product, MCM will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

RETURN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

MCM is the only authorized facility for repair of MCM products. Follow the same procedure as previously stated to obtain an RMA number and fill out the Downloadable Return Form to accompany the products.

RETURN FOR REPAIR (after warranty expiration)

The procedure is the same as outlined above. Repairs and parts used are warrantied for a period of 90 days from date of repair.
